In this post I will show you how to make simple Cupcakes.
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- Self raising flour
- Caster sugar
- Unsalted butter
Method:
1. Set your oven to 180 degrees 
2. Weigh your eggs and weigh out the same amount in flour, butter and sugar 
3. Melt the butter and mix it in with the sugar 
4. Add the flour to the butter and mix 
5. Add the egg and mix until there are no lumps 
6. Set out your cupcake cases in your tray 
7. Put the mixture in the cases 
8. Place the tray in the oven to bake 
9. Take out your cupcakes after about 10-15 minutes 
10. Let them cool and enjoy
If you like you can add other ingredients like Coco powder to make it chocolate cupcakes or you could ice them with butter cream icing.
