Easy pancake recipe for kids

A simple pancake recipe

Ingredients:

  • 200g self raising flour
  • Pinch of salt
  • 300g milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 50g sunflower oil

Method:

How to make the pancake mixture:

  • 1. Weigh out all your ingredients
  • 2. Get out a bowl and a whisk
  • 3. Put all your wet ingredients in a bowl


  • 4. Mix until completely combined
  • 5. Add the dry ingredients in
  • 6. Mix everything fully [make sure there are no lumps]

How to cook:

  • 1. Get out a pan, spatula, ladle and a little oil
  • 2. Heat up the pan and spread some oil
  • 3. Take some pancake mix and with the bottom of your ladle spread it out
  • 4. Flip the pancake and take it out when it is done
  • 5. Serve with whatever toppings you like and enjoy
