You will need:
- A pair of scissors
- Glue or tape
- A piece of paper
1. Collect your paper, tape and scissors 
2. Fold your paper in half 
3. Cut your paper along the folded side 
4. Open the paper 
5. Join the two sides together and glue 
6. Cut out a strip of paper for the handle 
7. Glue on the handle and then it is ready to hang up
