You will need:
- Scissors
- Felt sheets
- A hair clip
- Glue
1. Collect everything you need 
2. Cut a strip of your first colour 
3. Take the bottom and fold like a fan 
4. Repeat and pinch the middle 
5. Cut a smaller strip of your next colour 
6. Fold in the sides and glue 
7. Take the smaller strap and glue it around the middle of the bow 
8. Glue a small square of fabric to the clip and glue on the bow 
9. Clip it on and it is ready
